Our primary program is to offer a low cost Spay & Neuter program for
                           cats and dogs.

Our secondary programs for animals are.

A TNR program for feral and community cats.

A Veterinarian assistance program for medical emergency situations.

A winter hay assistance program for horses.

Harmony Acres Animal Rescue is a non profit animal rescue for all
                           types of domestic animals.

All our programs are designed for low income households, seniors citizens, veterans  and must meet     certain requirements

Pending availability, we also have a program of hay assistance for equines.
At the current time hay assistance is available.

All donations are used to fund our programs.  We are all volunteers and take no salaries.  We
do it for the love of animals.

We are located in Northern California in Shingletown and have been serving Shasta and Northern Tehama Counties since 2009.  Harmony Acres Animal Rescue Farm also services parts of Lassen County.

                                                 OUR MISSION STATEMENT

Our goals are to reduce animal hunger, fight pet overpopulation, help find homes for abandoned animals and improve the quality of life for all animals in our community.

                                          HISTORY OF OUR ORGANIZATION

In 2009 we started our organization and in 2010 we formed a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation food bank for dogs and cats.  Our organization was called Paco's Pantry.  In 2014 our corporation changed its name from Paco's Pantry to Mt Lassen Animal Group.  Located near beautiful Mt. Lassen in eastern Shasta County of northern California, we changed our name to better reflect our mission to help the animals of our community.  Only our name has changed.  Our commitment to animals is the same.
Since 2010 we added a low cost spay and neuter program for dogs and cats and a TNR program for feral cats. Also we have a small rescue sanctuary for multiple types of domestic animals called Harmony Acres Animal Rescue.  Our Hay Assistance program is for horses. The Veterinarian Assistance Fund is for medical emergency situations.  In 2015 we added a reduced cost vaccination program at the time of spay or neuter surgery for dogs and cats in Shasta County. In 2016 when Pet Food donations became unavailable we ended our pet food assistance program for dogs and cats. Our primary program is low cost Spay & Neuter for dogs and cats.
